The location in the center of the old city of Munich is perfect, right in the centre but in a small quiet street. The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to share knowledge of the area. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities is excellent. The breakfast offered is minimalistic, but you can order whatever you wish to be prepared. Additionally, having Chef Nobu's only restaurant in Germany on the premises is a great advantage.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The hotel itself is elegant and beautifully decorated. My room was upgraded and it was spacious with high ceilings and a stunning bathroom. The bed linens were incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed dining at the Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxury and excellent amenities.

The hotel is in the center of the action, close to everything you need to see in the city. The location is perfect, just one block from the famous beer garden and a shopping street akin to Rodeo Drive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large walk-in showers and soundproof walls. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast is a real treat, with a wide variety of delicious food. Plus, the rooftop bar offers a stunning view of the city.
The bathrooms could use some improvement.

I loved the amazing location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city. It was perfect for exploring the Christmas markets and attractions nearby. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were very professional and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had, making my stay more enjoyable. the cozy and comfortable rooms also added to the fantastic hotel experience.
There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. the air conditioning in the room didn't cool properly, and despite calling maintenance, they argued that it was working fine.

The service in the restaurant could be improved, as some wait staff were slow and inattentive at times.
